The TCYFL Coach Certification & Compliance Platform was created to serve a clear and essential purpose: ensuring that every coach on the field is certified, accountable, and aligned with the Chicagoland Youth Football League’s high standards for safety, sportsmanship, and leadership.
This custom-built system serves as a centralized hub for:
- Uploading and verifying coach certification documents
- Tracking eligibility and compliance in real-time
- Automating communication and reminders
- Producing validated, printed, and laminated TCYFL Coach ID Cards
By streamlining this critical process, the platform helps reduce administrative overhead and enhances transparency across the league—allowing TCYFL to focus on what matters most: developing young athletes in a safe and supportive environment.
